After selecting the Draw Tool, Amapi 3D provides a number of choices.

The User Guide has more detail on these, but you might want to just try these to get a feel for them.
Use the Ruled Surface Tool with them for instant meshes!

Also look at the Primitives (3D).

TIP: These tools let you take a 2D drawing and quickly build up 3D surface meshes.
